Rather than the typical lecture today, we need to address a few administrative issues during class. Please pay attention, and NO TEXTING during class - um, sorry - habit.
(1) I'm on The Facebook, bitches!!! BOOYAH!!! I have joined Facebook. If you want brownie points this semester, now is your chance: "friend" me, like me, touch me, tell your friends about this class. The cool new Facebook button is over there -----> And so is the Facebook-related NetworkedBlogs (whatever that is; right now it just looks like a big white empty box of loneliness). Go ahead, click on them. Do it. Love it. FEEL it. LIVE IT.
(2) That reminds me, I'm still on "The Twitter" too. Might as well click on the other button over there while you're at it. Following me on both of these social media juggernauts would earn you so much more than brownie points - I will totally give you extra points on your final grade. And at the same time, you'd be making me feel much younger than I am, or than I feel.
(3) The "Required Course Readings" list has been updated, finally. I feel bad for letting it go unchanged for so long. So many cool blogs out there that I frequent and enjoy, yet I didn't update the blogroll since I started Cynicism 101 this semester. *wrist slap*
(4) I'm not British, despite the amazingly sexy vocals of the character that portrayed me in my recent movie. My voice is still deep and sexy, but all American. The rest of the character was pretty spot on though: attractive, dressy casual attire, not too young, not too old, and lego hands.
